Angie Kiker is a nationally certified counselor, licensed professional counselor (VA) and licensed mental health counselor (FL). She earned her BS from University of Maryland (UMCP), her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University, and her Post Masters in Counseling Psychology from George Washington University.  She has provided outpatient mental health services for all ages, in many settings. She has experience in Residential, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs for those struggling with mental health, substance use and eating disorders problems.  She previously lived overseas supporting the mental health needs for military and civilian personnel in transition, and taught university psychology and social sciences courses as an adjunct faculty. Angie focused on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in her post masters work and continues to receive extensive training in DBT. She works virtually with adults in our comprehensive DBT program.
