Welcome to Rankin Behavioral Health, a clinical psychology practice in Northern Virginia. We provide individual CBT psychotherapy, DBT Programs (Comprehensive and Group only DBT), and DBT parenting work. We serve adults, teenagers, and families.

Our office is based in Falls Church, Virginia inside the Washington DC Capital Beltway. Neighboring areas are Arlington County, Fairfax, and McLean.

What methods do we use for therapy?
Having a warm, trusting therapy relationship is a vital component of therapy. Treatment starts with proper assessment of difficulties to find the right solutions. Measurement of symptoms throughout therapy assesses progress. We use evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the particular blocks in your life.​

What type of testing do we do?
We do one component of psychological assessment: IQ testing for children. IQ testing is often required for independent school admission and Advanced Academic Programs in area public school.
