Adult Therapy

Therapy involves structured cognitive-behavioral techniques developed Marsha Linehan, PhD’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods. 


DBT techniques include mindfulness, interpersonal skills, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, understanding dialectics, and using a behavioral framework. 


We use other cognitive and exposure based techniques depending on the needs of the client.
