We offer individual cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for teens and adults either virtually (telehealth) or in-person for vaccinated clients. CBT is a research supported treatment for uncomplicated depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. Sessions typically start out weekly for an hour, and may occur less often as the client’s symptoms improve.
Therapy involves structured cognitive-behavioral techniques developed Marsha Linehan, PhD’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods.
We use other cognitive and exposure based techniques depending on the needs of the client.
